Our robotic systems are prepared to be expanded to larger platforms with multiple robots that are working together on software and hardware level using software to manage multiple SpinCoating, BladeCoating, CAMBot, further SCIPRIOS‘ robots and third-party equipment with a common operation software and transport robots. The third-party equipment ranges from different measurement modules to vacuum evaporation units. We have the capability to integrate our systems in different kinds of housings from safety to inert gas solutions.

    Fully-automated and robot-compatible annealing up to 310° C

  2. Premium Ink Handler

    Fast, spring-loaded access to inks with tight PTFE sealing for volatile solvents.

  3. Active Ink Treatment Station

    Heating up to 99°C with inks, stirring between 50-1500 RPM

  4. Optical & Electrical Measurement Unit

    Computer-contolled xy sample stage with substrate adapter

  5. Ink Storage Position for Vials with Lids

    Customized adapter plate for three types of vials.

  6. Perovskite Gas Quenching Upgrade

    Computer-controlled valve for nitrogen treatment.

  7. Perovskite Vacuum Quenching Upgrade

    Vacuum chamber adapter to substrate size.

  8. Glovebox Integration Kit

    Feedthrough plate for all cables between electrical cabinet and robotic platform.

  9. Absorption & Photoluminescence Measurement System UV-VIS

    Fiber-based Si detector configured for measurements in the UV-VIS wavelength range (300-960 nm).

  10. Cotton Bud Edge Remover

    Eight cotton bud holders in one unit.

  11. Photo Station (10 MP)

    Capable of imaging substrates as large as 50 x 50 mm.

  12. LED Illumination Source

    White LED capable of illuminating substrates up to one sun.

  13. Air Knife for Perovskite Gas Quenching

    Positioned by the robot for treatment application.
